Muscle cramps appeared again and this time I think I've identified the root cause. While its indeed the magnesium deficiency that stands behind them, its caused by nutrient malabsorption which is caused by simple stress. There is another symptom I'm having 4th week: digestion issues. Well there is no need to go into further details, I have to address the stress. Its just interesting that adding magnesium to my diet made things worse.

Weather was not favourable this week and most of the time I was either cooking or working. Managed to prepare good meal 5 days in a row and It wasn't that of a big deal. Most time consuming part is cleanup and ingredience preparation which can be partially done ahead. Not so sure about money efficiency though but I'm slightly aligned to believe that it is.

By the end of the week I traveled to Makarska. Six hours went like nothing. Listened to Black Sabbath old albums. The older the better really.

Observation

  • Muscle cramps appeared again. Identified root cause: Stress
  • Cooking is easy with a little planning and ingredients preparation. Even during a working day.

Future

  • Have to address stress and anxiety immediately. Its work/money related.
  • Forecast reports cold but sunny week. Lowest -5°C on Tuesday, Highest +17°C on Saturday.
  • Have to solve budgeting this month
